By knowingly submitting data to open Store accounts or to place sales orders, customers consent to use of their information in the manner described here. We encourage you to check this page periodically because we may amend this notice from time to time, and any changes will automatically apply to use of your information.
When opening Store accounts or ordering Store merchandise, customers knowingly provide personal information, including their names, mailing and e-mail addresses, and credit card numbers. NTEU does not see customers' credit card numbers, which are accessed only by PayPal, the vendor that handles the Store's financial transactions. The personal information that NTEU does access, moreover, is used only to the extent necessary to administer customer accounts and process Store purchases.
The NTEU Store shares its customers’ personal information only with vendors and other associated third parties hired to help maintain customer accounts and process sales orders from the Store. These third parties have access to such personal information only to the extent necessary to perform the Store services for which they are responsible.
As websites often do, The NTEU Store must use "cookies" to recognize authorized customers and facilitate their future access by eliminating the need to resubmit certain information previously provided. Cookies assign random IDs in the form of small text files stored on the hard drive of each visitor's computer. Visitors who do not accept such cookies are unable to open accounts or purchase merchandise from the Store.
