How is your order shipped? We ship orders via United Parcel Service (UPS) Ground. Please allow 3 weeks for delivery.
What does shipping cost? By using UPS Ground NTEU is able to waive shipping and handling charges to chapters.
Do prices change? Prices are subject to change.
What if the item is out of stock? NTEU makes every effort to maintain adequate levels of inventory on our products. Occasionally, certain items in your order may be backordered or discontinued. If that happens, we'll let you know right away by email, and also tell you when we expect more in, or offer you available alternatives.
Is there a minimum order? No minimum order is necessary.
Will I be charged sales taxes? The NTEU Store sales are processed at the NTEU National Office in Washington, DC. Any shipment to a District of Columbia address is therefore charged DC sales tax (currently 6%).
